ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our company’s commitment to the protection of the environment is clearly demonstrated by our being certified for the ISO 14001 standard. We deal with hazardous waste, which means that operating and maintaining this system is very much in the interest of all. (introduction being in progress)
GSI SLV „E”
Our company has undergone a very rigorous assessment of compliance in order to obtain GSI SLV certification. This certificate enables our welding engineer to test and approve our welders with full responsibility. Therefore, continuous supervision of welders and welding procedures can be achieved to ensure that our customers have steel structures that are in full conformity with all the technical requirements.
GÉPMI MNA 20 FIRE CERTIFICATION FOR OUR METHANOL DOSING SYSTEM
Methanol is used in metallurgy for carburisation and to create an equilibrium atmosphere. We have designed and manufactured a methanol dosing system to facilitate the handling of methanol and its use to the maximum benefit. Our experimentally proven design has achieved certification for the fire safety standards. The certificate is shown on the left.
GÉPMI VER-Z & VER-N FIRE CERTIFICATION
FOR OUR PROTECTIVE GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM
As safety is a high priority with the manufacturing of active gas atmosphere furnaces, our active gas supply system, which is designed for the supply and protection of open- and closed-type furnaces, has achieved certification for the fire safety standards.
OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES
Our core business is the manufacture of industrial furnaces and thermal process equipment in accordance with the customer’s process specifications and technical requirements.
We provide troubleshooting, regular or occasional maintenance, as well as the renewal and upgrade of industrial furnaces.
Our company has gained a lot of experience in the construction of steel structures. We ourselves do minor cutting works, while, for doing large-scale ones, we cooperate with highly experienced professional companies.
We undertake the annealing and stress relieving heat treatment of large and heavy workpieces in the furnace.
